Sometimes she has imagined what it would be like to fly, to live in the river, to run like a horse. She has dreamed of that freedom, that power, and fears the wildness in herself that wants to live as beasts live, moved purely by need and desire. - Jack This movie… I was just stumped. Super slow, didn’t always make sense, and I loved it. People are so quick to dismiss movies that don’t spell things out for them every step of the way. I prefer movies that don’t have a sappy ending with nice clear lessons and morals. I couldn’t tell if the characters were supposed to awkward or if the acting was awkward, or both, but it worked. Also, I couldn’t believe that was Riley Keough.

It’s amazing when someone close to you recognizes something bad that is happening, without you having to tell them about it.
